Proposals and agreements
The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any project are agreed in writing (including through WhatsApp or email) before work begins. Those agreed terms apply to that project.
No guaranteed results
Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, platform policies, budgets and the quality of your offer. We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, followers or search rankings.
Advertising spend
Unless agreed otherwise, advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Meta and Google are separate from Cyber Point’s service fees and are paid to those platforms.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals and the materials needed to deliver the work, and to ensure you have the rights to any content, logos and images you supply.
Intellectual property
The Cyber Point name, logo and website content belong to Cyber Point. Deliverables created for you become yours on full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Third-party tools, fonts and libraries remain subject to their own licences.
Payments
Fees, payment schedules and refund terms are set out in the agreed proposal or invoice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cyber Point is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
Links and third parties
Our website may link to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal.
